The Brighton Storeroom exhibition opens on Saturday, June 18, 7:00am – 10:00am . ‘In Two Places’ will open at The Brighton Storeroom in St. George, Barbados and the Satellite Project Space in London ON and run simultaneously at both galleries.

KAC GALLERY
We are happy to officially announce that Variety – the Children’s Charity of Barbados is the selected charity for the inaugural AKC GFA 10x10x10 AI (Artist Initiative) fundraiser.
KAC GFA will be selecting 10 artists to create new works on 10”x10” wrapped canvases. Each peace is offered to sell for $100USD ($200BDS), with half of the sale proceeds (or more than half, if the artist wishes) going to Variety — the Children’s Charity.
(Art buyers will also cover any delivery or shipping fees.)

In this course kids will have the opportunity to interact with the garden and choose their favourite plant to paint. Then it’s time to paint! We will go through a step by step process on how to execute the chosen work of art. Kids will learn more about the plant of their choice, colour theory and basic drawing tips and tricks.
