CARIFESTA XV, the Caribbean’s premier festival of arts and culture, is coming to Barbados from August 22-31, 2025! We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to help make this historic event a success. If you have the skills, energy, and commitment to contribute, we invite you to apply for one of the following key positions:

Available Positions:

• Volunteer Coordinator – Lead and manage festival volunteers, ensuring smooth operations and engagement.
• Delegate Liaison Coordinator – Oversee logistics and coordination for international delegations.
• Delegate Liaison Officers – Support and assist delegations, acting as key points of contact.
• Catering Coordinator – Manage food and beverage logistics for participants and guests.
• Sustainability Coordinator – Implement and oversee eco-friendly festival initiatives and produce Sustainability at the Sea event.
• Grand Market Coordinator – Organize and manage the dynamic Grand Market space.
• Youth Village Coordinator – Develop and oversee youth-focused activities and programming.
• Symposia Series Coordinator – Curate and manage discussions on culture, resilience, and innovation, UWI Symposia series and Big Conversations during the festival.
