CARIFESTA XV, taking place in Barbados from August 22-31, 2025, is seeking dynamic and creative professionals to join its Marketing Team. Available Positions:

• Social Media Marketing Coordinator – Manage and execute CARIFESTA XV’s digital presence across all platforms, create engaging content, and drive audience engagement.
• Marketing Coordinator – Develop and implement marketing strategies, oversee promotional campaigns, and ensure brand consistency.
• Media Coordinator – Liaise with media outlets, coordinate press coverage, and manage relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Freelance Videographer – Capture high-quality video footage of CARIFESTA XV events, create promotional videos, and edit content for distribution.
• Freelance Photographer – Document the festival’s key moments through stunning photography for media, marketing, and archival use.
• Graphic Artist – Design compelling digital and print materials, including social media assets, event signage, and promotional materials.
• Sponsorship Coordinator – Identify, engage, and manage sponsorship partnerships to support CARIFESTA XV’s success.
