Two NIFCA Film Nights were held over the weekend in the National Cultural Foundation’s Car Park, West Terrace, St James.
While operating under strict COVID-19 protocols, the screening of films produced by gold awardees were done in a drive-in cinema concept. Patrons sat in their vehicles, tuned into the NCF channel 105.5 F.M. and enjoyed two nights of all locally-produced films.
Film Commissioner Annette Nias said that the two nights were intended to showcase the NIFCA Film & Video gold award winners of the past three decades. She reported that she was pleased with the turnout and feedback from those who attended. She also took the opportunity to thank those who attended.
