Are you ready to be part of the Caribbean’s largest celebration of arts and culture? CARIFESTA XV, set to take place in Barbados from August 22-31, 2025, is seeking dynamic and passionate Event Planners to help bring this world-class festival to life!

Who We’re Looking For Event Planners with:

• Experience in event planning – festivals, concerts, or cultural events.
• Strong project management skills – ability to handle logistics, scheduling, and team coordination.
• A passion for Caribbean culture – deep appreciation and knowledge of regional arts, music, theatre, dance, and more.
• Problem-solving abilities – quick thinking and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills – ability to work with diverse stakeholders, vendors, and performers.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation
• Familiarity with sustainability and eco-friendly event practices – to align with CARIFESTA XV’s commitment to green initiatives is desirable
