Coordinators

The National Cultural Foundation (NCF) invites applications for Coordinator positions for CARIFESTA XV, scheduled to take place in Barbados from August 22-31, 2025.

We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals to oversee key artistic disciplines within the festival.

Available Positions:

• Dance Coordinator
• Music Coordinator
• Visual Arts Coordinator
• Theatre Coordinator
• Culinary Arts Coordinator
• Fashion Coordinator
• Literary Arts Coordinator
• Entertainment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Each Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing their respective discipline’s programming. This includes liaising with artists, managing event logistics, and ensuring the seamless execution of festival activities in alignment with CARIFESTA XV’s theme, Caribbean Roots; Global Excellence.
