Ready To Celebrate Bajans In The 5th Annual Gine On People’s Choice Awards!

Voting for the 5th Annual People’s Choice Awards is live over on GineOn.com/Awards! From May 7th to 17th the public can enjoy an online festival of Bajan Art and Culture and vote for who should be awarded in over 55 exciting categories! The first round of voting boasted over 89,000 website hits from 34,000 individuals. 

This year, the nominees are filled with past awardees, as well as many who are being nominated for the first time and all are excited to celebrate with their peers. This is the time for the public to learn more about the cultural practitioners on the island the community loves and feel the pride extended to the world! 

After the public enjoys the online showcase of the nominees, the climax of the Awards season will take place at the prestigious Frank Collymore Hall on Sunday, May 19th for a Celebration Ceremony Gala. Nominees will be celebrated on the red carpet with photo opportunities and video interviews. The celebration ceremony will feature unique live entertainment, special Bajan personality presenters and an after mix and mingle and supported by Chef Creig! Lookout for a night of pageantry, culture, and creative excellence!
