The Chief Executive Officer is appointed by the Minister and reports to the Board of the Foundation. She has overall responsibility for the implementation of policies which are laid down by the Board and also for the day-to-day operations and general administration of the Foundation. In addition to the Chief Executive Officer, the Management of the NCF comprises seven officers.
